The next solar event after the annular solar eclipse on October 2, 2024, will be a partial solar eclipse visible in parts of Northwest Africa, Europe, and northern Russia on March 29, 2025. Another partial solar eclipse will be visible on September 21, 2025, from parts of the South Pacific, New Zealand, and Antarctica.

For those interested in catching an annular eclipse, the next “ring of fire” will occur on February 17, 2026, visible from Chile, South Africa, and Antarctica. The next total solar eclipse will occur on August 12, 2026, and will be visible from North America, West Africa, and Europe.
