Israel Vows to Retaliate After Nearly 200 Missiles Fired by Iran
Israel has vowed to retaliate against Iran following a barrage of about 200 ballistic missiles launched at Israeli targets on Tuesday. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has pledged a robust response, stating that Iran “made a big mistake” and “will pay for it”. The U.S. has also warned of severe consequences for Iran, emphasizing its commitment to defending Israel against Iranian threats.
The escalation in hostilities is part of a broader conflict involving Israel, Iran, and its proxies in the region, including Hezbollah in Lebanon. The situation remains highly volatile, with both sides warning of further actions.
