Harris Goading Trump to Release Medical Records
Vice President Kamala Harris is goading former President Donald Trump to release his medical records after she received a clean bill of health from her personal physician. Harris argued that Trump is “hiding” from the American people and questioned why he refuses to release updated health records. She also criticized Trump for not meeting for a second debate and for not allowing an interview with CBS’ “60 Minutes,” suggesting that his staff might be afraid of transparency regarding his health.
Harris’ physician released a two-page “Healthcare Statement” on Saturday, stating that Harris “remains in excellent health.” The statement indicated that Harris had her most recent annual physical exam in April of this year. Trump has not released any detailed medical records since his initial campaign in 2016, despite his claims of being in “perfect and excellent health” to be Commander-in-Chief.
