Second gentleman Doug Emhoff has denied a Daily Mail report accusing him of slapping his ex-girlfriend outside a ritzy overseas movie event in 2012. The report claimed that three unnamed sources alleged Emhoff slapped his then-girlfriend, identified as Jane, after she flirted with another man at the Cannes Film Festival. However, Emhoff’s representative stated that the report is untrue and any suggestion that he would or has ever hit a woman is false. Fox News Digital has not been able to independently confirm the allegations, and several media outlets, including Semafor, noted they had been unable to match the Daily Mail’s reporting.
