Comer Report Reveals Biden-Harris Admin’s ‘Rampant Waste, Fraud, Abuse’

House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer has released a 72-page report detailing the committee’s oversight work of the Biden-Harris administration. The report highlights rampant waste, fraud, and abuse within the federal government, including investigations into the Biden family’s business dealings, the border crisis, and COVID unemployment relief benefits. Comer emphasized that Americans “cannot afford another four years of the same failed policies and incompetence,” and that Vice President Kamala Harris has been an active participant in the worst administration in U.S. history.

The committee has conducted extensive investigations, holding 135 hearings, sending over 600 investigative letters, and issuing 51 subpoenas. They have also found that Biden family members and their associates received more than $27 million from foreign individuals or entities between 2014 and the present, with the family setting up shell companies to conceal these payments. Additionally, the committee has revealed that American taxpayers lost more than $100 billion to fraud and improper payments as a result of temporary unemployment insurance programs created in response to COVID-19.

Comer’s Oversight Committee has also probed the infiltration of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the U.S. and found that there is no cohesive, government-wide strategy to identify, deter, and defeat CCP political warfare. The committee has sent letters to 25 federal agencies to investigate whether officials were aware of CCP outreach to the American public.
