Bruce Springsteen Endorses Kamala Harris in New Instagram Video: ‘Vision of America’
Bruce Springsteen has publicly endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for the upcoming US presidential election. In a video shared on his official Instagram account, Springsteen described the election as “one of the most significant elections in our nation’s history.” He highlighted that “Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are dedicated to a vision for this country that honors and embraces everyone, irrespective of class, religion, race, political beliefs, or sexual orientation.” This vision aligns with the America he has been writing about for 55 years.
Springsteen also criticized former President Donald Trump, calling him “the most dangerous candidate for President in my lifetime” due to his disdain for the sanctity of the constitution, democracy, rule of law, and peaceful transfer of power. On the other hand, Springsteen praised Harris and Walz for their commitment to a country that respects and includes everyone, aiming to grow the economy in a way that benefits all, not just a few.
Springsteen acknowledged that everyone sees things differently but stood by his choice, stating, “That’s why come November 5th, I’ll be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.” This endorsement joins several other prominent musicians, including Taylor Swift, Carole King, and Chappell Roan, who have publicly supported Harris ahead of the November election.
