Under Nasrallah’s leadership, Hezbollah transformed from a disorganized band of militants into a formidable organization with around 100,000 fighters and a significant arsenal, including long-range missiles and drones. His influence within the Iran-backed axis of resistance surged after the assassination of Iran’s top general, Qassem Soleimani, in 2020.
