Singapore’s Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel Crowned World’s Best New Skyscraper
The Pan Pacific Orchard hotel in Singapore has been recognized as the world’s best new skyscraper by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). This 23-storey hotel features 347 rooms and incorporates four distinct open-air terraces, each with its own theme, showcasing an innovative perspective on high-density urban living.
The hotel also won three other awards, including the best tall building between 100m and 199m tall. Designed by WOHA, the Pan Pacific Orchard is celebrated for its groundbreaking integration of nature and architecture, earning it the title of the world’s best new tall building for 2024.
