Six Killed in Tel Aviv Shooting – Just Moments Before Missile Attack
At least six people were killed in a shooting and stabbing attack in the Israeli coastal city of Jaffa, Tel Aviv, on October 1, 2024. The incident occurred just moments before Iran launched a barrage of missiles against Israel. The attackers, allegedly two Palestinian men from the West Bank, emerged from a train near the light-rail station on Jerusalem Boulevard, began firing at pedestrians, and continued their violence on foot on Jerusalem Boulevard.
The attack resulted in six fatalities and ten injuries, with five of the injured in critical condition. Security forces managed to eliminate two of the gunmen, while a third assailant remains at large, leading to lockdowns of surrounding buildings.
